As 'the war' happened just before Halloween, there are many posters and banners that are halloween-themed.
I decided to put a 'BOO!' banner in the toilet where the player will walk in to find a 'Glowing One'. This would initially have been put up to surprise guests, pre-war. Now it works for the Ghoul too.
