As I would like to have NPCs in the bar, both pre-war and 'modern day' in Fallout 4 I made sure to use 'Furniture' items instead of 'Static' items. This way the Player and NPCs can interact with chairs, stools and the toilet.
Even if I am not able to include NPCs for this project, I will layout the bar and objects so that they can be introduced when needed or wanted. The Furniture Objects contain Markers to show you where the Actor will stand to use the object, and where they will show while sitting.
